The only sustainable future for Israelis and Palestinians is an end to the occupation and a political resolution guaranteeing freedom, security, dignity and self-determination for both peoples — a future that cannot be achieved through force or the indefinite management of conflict.
Britain must use its influence to lead the international community by example. Though the current reality may be bleak, it also presents an opportunity to alter the course of this conflict for the better.
