The village of Khirbet Susiya in the South Hebron Hills is under threat of demolition.
Since 2011, we have been taking groups to the village of Susiya in the South Hebron Hills in the West Bank. We have built a positive relationship with the Palestinian residents of Susiya.
Since 1986, residents of Susiya have been moved at least 5 times from their homes, with structures being demolished, throwing the community deeper into poverty and significantly damaging Israel’s standing in the international community. On August 15th, Defence Minister Avigdor Lieberman will make a decision about whether the army should demolish 40% of the village, which will leave at least 100 people homeless.
With the help of our supporters, we have campaigned successfully in recent years to prevent the village from being destroyed.
Join us in speaking out against the demolition today.
